Globecomm Named One of the Best Companies to Work for in New York

 was selected as one of the Top 50 Best Companies to Work for in New York in 2011 based on a statewide survey. 

The Hauppauge-based provider of satellite communications and software solutions was ranked 12th in large-sized business category under the 2011 Best Companies To Work for in New York. The fourth annual survey was conducted by the  New York State Society for Human Resource Management, the Business Council of New York and Best Companies Group, an independent company that manages Best Places to Work programs on state, regional, and national levels around the country.

The survey polled employee satisfaction and engagement, in addition to workplace practices and policies.
