HAUPPAUGE, NY — Residents within the boundaries of the Hauppauge School District on Tuesday voted to pass the 2023-24 school budget by a margin of 568 votes to 247.

The district's budget is $128,739,896, up 3.89 percent from last year's. The tax levy is $93,522,532, up 2.57 percent.

School board candidates Lawrence Crafa (613 votes) and James Kiley (592 votes) ran unopposed for three-year terms.
