Hauppauge Gas Station Changes its Name

Hauppauge residents may have noticed the gas station at the center of town turning a new shade of blue. 

The Lukoil gas station at the intersection of Route 111 and Townline Road has changed, turning in its red signage for blue as it becomes known as Wave. The gas station has operated under the Lukoil name for approximately 20 years. 

A Wave staff members said the station is continuing to offer the same deals residents have become accustomed to, including full services and a 6 cent discount on premium-grade gasoline on Wednesdays and Sundays.
