Hauppauge HS Senior Receives All-Academic Team Award For Cross-Country
The teenager was presented with the Suffolk County Coaches Association Section XI Academic All-County Award for cross-country.

HAUPPAUGE, NY — Reese Coughlin, a senior at Hauppauge High School, was presented with the Suffolk County Coaches Association Section XI Academic All-County Award for cross-country, the school district announced.
The award is presented to senior cross-country runners who are in the top 10 percent of their
graduating class and have run under 22 minutes on the challenging 5K course at Sunken Meadow.
Coughlin was awarded $500 at the Section XI Cross Country dinner as part of her winnings.

She was also presented with the Ronan Guyer Scholarship for outstanding community service during her high school career, including service to the running community.
She also accumulated more than 300 hours of community service through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation.
