SPANISH PROGRAM (FLES)
Administrators for the Hauppauge School District are SECRETLY looking to terminate the Spanish FLES Program (in Pines, Bretton Woods and Forest Brook). For over 9 years FLES has been successively incorporated into our children’s elementary school curriculum. The benefits of this program are proven and priceless. We are one of the selective school districts on Long Island that have this elite program, and now they want to take it away from us for NO reason…
