Description: If you’re experienced in transportation sales and/or truck brokerage and have the entrepreneurial spirit and drive to operate as a Sub-Agent then you are the person we are looking for in logistics sales.

We are looking for talented, highly competitive 3PL Truckload Brokerage Sub-Agent Sales Representatives to source new sales opportunities and close new or your existing business clientele.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven by success and the opportunity to make money.
• Has a high level of integrity and work ethic.
• Has the confidence to make decisions on the fly and solve problems.
• Thrives in a competitive team environment.
• Experience with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
• 1 to 4 year Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing and/or other business related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Pass background check(s).

What we want our 3PL Sub-Agent to do?

• Hit the phones hard and find new customers.
• Close deals.
• Take care of the customers you find.
• Provide service updates and new solutions to customers via mode change or specialized services. (over the road, intermodal, rail, ocean, air, heavy haul, FTL, & LTL)
• Flexibility.
