Suffolk County Off-Track Betting (OTB) is hosting a job fair on Friday, July 16 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm to fill 40-45 open positions currently available at Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel. Job seekers will have an opportunity to apply for various positions including kitchen staff, servers, administrative positions, bartenders, utility workers, human resources and more. The job fair, located in Jake’s 58 Bistro Restaurant, will feature current staff and department representatives to greet potential applicants and discuss all the ins and outs of the open positions.
