Man Breaks Into Hauppauge Storage Business Twice In Week: Police

The man stole various personal items days apart, police say.

HAUPPAUGE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said broke into a Hauppauge business twice in September.

A man broke into Simply Self Storage, at 745 Old Willets Path, on Sept. 18 and Sept. 22, police said. He stole various personal items, police said. He is wanted on a charge of burglary.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
