Motorcyclist Seriously Injured After Rear-Ending Car: SCPD
The 23-year-old crashed into the car while driving on the LIE on Thursday night.

HAUPPAUGE, NY - A motorcyclist was seriously injured after rear-ending a car in Hauppauge on Thursday night, according to Suffolk Police.
Adam Tringali, 23, of Ronkonkoma was driving a 2011 Suzuki Black motorcycle eastbound in the middle lane on the Long Island Expressway west of exit 57 when he rear-ended a 2016 Mazda Suburban CX5 driven by a man with a woman passenger at 10:51 p.m., police said.
Tringali lost control of the Suzuki and spun out to the shoulder.

He was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The occupants of the Mazda were not injured. Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
