The Grafton Street Pub takes its name from one of the most famous streets in Dublin, Ireland,  modeling itself after the legend of many Irish pubs.

The Dish: A Paddy Burger ($5.50)

What's Inside:  Grafton’s Paddy Burger is a hefty half-pound of lean, chopped sirloin steak. Its served with lettuce and tomato on a bun with a heap of seasoned “chips” – that’s Irish for fries.

How's It Taste:  Make sure to open wide. Grafton’s burger appears dark and well char-grilled, crisp on the outside with tender, pink inside cooked in its own juices. It creates a tender burger that will remind you of the summer grill despite the cold outside.

The burger bun is a firm without being dense bun that when stacked with the toppings and burger almost creates more than a mouthful. Hold on tight, it’s worth the taste. 

The chips are festively decked in the Irish spirit, green flecks of seasoning over evenly browned sides. Its handcut with the potato skins left on for extra flavor. This self-professed ketchup fanatic left the lid on the bottle and Grafton’s fries plain.

Eat This Because: It’s a burger that for $5.50 offers more than a mouthful and a heaping of chips that could rival any. Given the company of a good bartender and choice of beer, or soda for the wee ones.
