Valentine's Day is rapidly approaching. If you were caught unaware or forgetful, make a quick set of dinner reservations for this weekend to take your sweetheart out to dinner. At many of Hauppauge restaurants, you'll get a night to remember that combines fine dining with entertainment.

* - This upscale New American restaurant offers a cosy, candlelight dining for two this Valentine’s Day weekend by offering its full menu, staff swears, at its regular price. Butterfields will have entertainment for free at no additional costs starting on Friday night, the Mack Sings Band will perform lived followed by a DJ and Dancing on both Friday and Monday night

 *  The Grill Room – This edgy industrial yet candlelight restaurant and lounge on Adams Avenue will offer at $56.95 per person special on Sunday and Monday nights featuring a three-course meal including a couples dance lesson. What better way to dance the night away then starting off on the right foot.

* -  Madison plays up Valentine’s Day traditions by offering a red rose to every lady in the door and a plate of chocolate-covered strawberries on every table. While enjoying Madison’s full menu, diners will be serenaded by romantic music sung by Tony Delta.

* -  A day of love calls for Italian, served up hearty in cosy surroundings at Cielo’s Restaurant.  Their dinner menu offers traditional favorites with a full wine list.

* – Another Hauppauge Italian restaurant, the outside of this restaurant will fancy any woman with princess in mind, as its designed to look like a castle. Step inside and there’s luxurious surroundings with small tables lit by candlelight.
