The Ronkonkoma Regional office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., was announced as the companywide top office for 2016 at a recent award event held at the Crest Hollow Country Club. Katherine Ferraro, branch office manager of the Ronkonkoma Regional office accepted the award on behalf of the affiliated sales associates and staff.
