Silver Alert Issued for Missing Brentwood Woman

Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Brentwood woman who may have the onset of dementia.

Aurea Cruz, 69, of Merrill Street, was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday, police said.

Cruz is described as a white Hispanic, 4-foot-10, 90 pounds, with grey/blond hair and glasses. She was wearing a blue jean jacket, blue jeans, a black suede sweater and a brown purse. She has a birthmark on her right cheek.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about Cruz’s location to contact the Third Squad at 631-854-8352 or call 911.
