, a Hauppauge-based designer and producer of video security and surveillance systems, announced Wednesday it added a new member to its Board of Directors.
The company's board of directors voted to expand the board to six members, then appointed Julian Tiedemann to the position. Tiedmann, 47, is the vice president and CEO of The Inter Tech Group. He also has served on the Board of Directors for the Hudson Bay Company.
