Woman Used Stolen Credit Cards In Suffolk: Police

The woman made fraudulent purchases at a Walgreens, police say.

ISLANIA, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the woman who, police said, used stolen credit cards at an Islandia store in October.

A woman used a stolen credit card to make fraudulent purchases worth around $260 at Walgreens, at 1860 Veterans Memorial Highway, on Oct. 7, police said. The card had been stolen earlier that day, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
