• 3 Stabbed At Westchester Community College, 2 Suspects In Custody (dailyvoice.com) — Hawthorne families should know that Hawthorne Elementary School and the UPK program at Holy Rosary briefly went into secure lockout after a triple stabbing at nearby Westchester Community College's Valhalla campus; all students and staff remained safe. County Police say two suspects are in custody, a knife was recovered, and there is no ongoing threat, though the investigation continues and witnesses are asked to share information.
