In honor of Veterans Day, we will provide free dental care, a complimentary lunch, and giveaways to veterans.
To register, veterans need to provide the code SFV when calling our patient call center at 914-594-2700. The clinic will be reserved that day for veterans, active military members, and their families.
Appointments are held at 10 am and 1 pm.
