Crystal Meth And Heroin Drug Ring Busted In Brooklyn, Prosecutors Say
The gang referred to their products — which included crystal meth, heroin, cocaine and fentanyl — as "doggy food," prosecutors said.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A large-scale drug ring that peddled crystal meth, heroin, cocaine in the streets of Brooklyn was busted in a federal take-down on Tuesday, prosecutors announced.
The defendants have been charged with selling their drugs, which they referred to as “doggy food,” in Brooklyn streets between Sept. 2016 until July 2017, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney's office.
Investigators believe the dealers sold more than 100 grams of heroin, 50 grams of crystal meth (which came from California), and the opioid fentanyl, which they marketed as potent heroin, said prosecutors.
