Darryl Odom was arrested for his alleged role in the violent robbery of Court Street Jewelers on May 25, prosecutors said.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A thief disguised as a construction worker who stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from a Court Street jewelry store has been arrested, officials announced Wednesday.

Darryl Odom and two other robbers ransacked Court Street Jewelers, pistol-whipped the 67-year-old owner and grabbed handfuls of expensive jewelry and cash on May 25, prosecutors said.

The four men — three robbers and one lookout — ran from the store at 60 Court St. and into the the Borough Hall subway station, where they jumped the turnstiles and escaped, said police.
