New Public School Coming To Downtown Brooklyn, Officials Say
A new high-rise going up at Albee Square will dedicate six stories to a 300-seat public school, said officials and developers.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A new public school with more than 300 seats is coming to the neighborhood, officials announced Tuesday.
JEMB Realty Corporation developers promised to include a school within a new building going up at 420 Albee Sq. near City Point, according to a press release from the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
The first six floors of the newly-dubbed One Willoughby Square building — include 380,000 square feet of commercial space — will be dedicated to the public school, city officials said.
