2 Arrested After Nassau Home Invasion: Police
Nassau police said one of the victims called 911, leading to the pair's arrest.

NEW CASSEL, NY — Two men were arrested after a home invasion Friday night, Nassau police said.
Police said Pierre K. Fede, 31, and Stanley Brevel, 34, both of New Cassel, broke into a Prospect Avenue residence in New Cassel around 8:45 p.m. and demanded money from two men.
Police said Fede was armed with a 4-inch, dark-colored pocket knife as they pushed a 50-year-old man into a rear room.

A second man, 24, called 911.
When police arrived, they said they could hear someone pleading to the men to leave.

Police ordered Fede and Brevel to the ground. Fede complied and was taken into custody. The knife was recovered.
Brevel refused multiple orders from officers but was eventually taken into custody, police said.
Fede was charged with first-degree attempted robbery, first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Brevel was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree attempted robbery.
