4 Gave Unauthorized Massages; Arrested And Charged: Police

HICKSVILLE, NY—Four people were arrested in Hicksville on Wednesday afternoon for allegedly performing unauthorized massages, the Major Case Bureau reported.

According to Nassau County Narcotics Vice Squad Detectives, due to several community complaints, two undercover investigations led to four arrests between the DS Relax Spa located at 1A W. Village Green and the Oasis Massage & Spa located at 535 S. Broadway. All of the arrests were made between 1:15 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.

Delan Shan, 56, of Fresh Meadows and Jinling Ma, 40, of Flushing at the DS Relax Spa, as well as Jianqun Feng, 45, of Flushing and Jun Fu, 48, of Flushing, at the Oasis Massage & Spa, all allegedly performed unauthorized massages.

Each of them were charged with unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution, and they received appearance tickets returnable on July 8 to First District Court at 99 Main St., Hempstead.
