OLD WESTBURY, NY — All lanes closed on the I-495 service road eastbound ramp to Exit 38 - Northern State Parkway; East Bound (North Hempstead), 511NY reported.
The lane closure and roadwork will be in effect until noon May 21, 511NY said.
