Biker Community: Candle Lighting In Honor Of 21-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed, To Be Held In Hicksville
The candle lighting will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, 1/9.
HICKSVILLE, NY — A candle lighting and services have been set for the 21-year-old East Meadow resident who police said was killed after being struck by a school bus in Hicksville on Tuesday morning.
In honor of Antonio Bosotina, loved ones shared the details on Facebook, stating the candle lighting will be Fri, Jan. 9, at 6 p.m. at 100 W. Old Country Road in Hicksville. They are asking for fellow bikers to show support.

According to Nassau County police, Bosotina was operating a 2022 Kawasaki motorcycle eastbound on Old Country Road when he was in a collision with a 2018 school bus driven by a 66-year-old man at 7:26 a.m. on Tuesday.

Bosotina's uncle shared the funeral arrangements and asked the community to donate to the American Breast Cancer Society instead of sending flowers.
