Break-In, Attempted Burglary At Local Animal Hospital, 1 Juvenile Charged: NCPD
Police are asking the public for any information.
WESTBURY, NY — Three people were accused of breaking into Westbury Animal Hospital in February, police said.
Nassau County police said a possible burglary occurred on Feb. 26 at 10 p.m. in Westbury. A property manager called 911 after arriving at the Union Avenue building and discovered the rear door open and broken pieces of wood on the floor, police said.
Video surveillance footage showed two unknown men forcibly entering, and a third person was also involved, NCPD said.

According to police, the three people were at the location briefly before fleeing.
On Wednesday, March 18, one juvenile was taken into custody and charged with third-degree attempted burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, police said. He was arraigned on Thursday in Hempstead, police said.
