Five Arrested For Robbing Multiple LI Victoria's Secrets: Police

Police say the five Queens women worked together to rob stores across Nassau County.

Five Queens women were arrested on Saturday after police say they robbed five different Victoria's Secret stores around Nassau County.

According to police, the five robbed Victoria's Secret stores at these locations and dates:

  • Jan. 24 at 5:55 p.m. -- 358 N. Broadway Mall, Hicksville
  • Jan. 24 at 4:25 p.m. -- 3527 Long Beach Road, Oceanside
  • Feb. 2 at 2:10 p.m. -- 358 N. Broadway Mall, Hicksville
  • Feb. 2 at 1:13 p.m. -- 1450 Union Turnpike, New Hyde Park

Police say that coordinated surveillance and investigation led to the arrest of the women. At 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, police arrested: Ariel Phipps, 19, Adrian Phipps, 18 and Adriana Phipps, 18, all of Beach 56 Place, Far Rockaway; Mariah Pearson, 20, of Beach 59 Street, Arverne; and Armoni Nesbit, 21, of Beach 59th Street, Far Rockaway. All five are charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, and Ariel and Adrian Phipps are charged with two counts each.

All five women are scheduled to be arraigned on Monday in First District Court in Hempstead.
