Hicksville's Chick-fil-A to Open in November

The first 100 adults in line will win free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.

Chick-fil-A recently announced the official opening date for their two new Long Island locations.

The new restaurants, located in Hicksville and Commack will be both be opening on Thursday, Nov. 3.

As part of the Chick-fil-A tradition, the first 100 adults in line at each location on grand opening morning to win free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.

The southern chicken chain announced it will be taking over the former On The Border location, at 1401 Broadway Mall in Hicksville, as a drive-thru earlier this year.

Guests may line up 24 hours before the grand opening of the locations location in Hicksville or at 682 Commack Road in Commack to be one of the first 100 adults through the door to win a year of free Chick-fil-A meals.

Currently, the only Chick-fil-A on Long Island is located in Port Jefferson.

The two new restaurants will both feature two-story interactive indoor play area for children, free Wi-Fi, a full-service menu, including breakfast until 10:30 a.m., and will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, among other things.

Like all Chick-fil-A locations, they will be closed on Sunday.
