Knife-Wielding Teens Rob Woman in Westbury Parking Lot: Police

A 19-year-old woman was robbed by three teenagers at knifepoint in a Westbury parking lot Monday night, police say.

According to authorities, the woman was approached by the robbers in Westbury Village Parking Field No. 7, which is opposite 153 Post Ave., who demanded that she hand her possessions over or they would stab her at 6:27 p.m.

The woman complied and handed over two Apple iPhones and her backpack, which contained a wallet with credit cards, police say.

The robbers fled with the items through the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

Police described the robbers as male Hispanics ages 15 to 19.
