Landscaper Found In Roadway, Dies After Falling From Work Truck: Police
The 35-year-old man was found lying in the roadway in East Hills, police say.
EAST HILLS, NY — A landscaper was found lying in the road on Thursday afternoon in East Hills, police said.
Officers responded near Planting Field Road and Old Farm Road for a report of a man in the roadway at 2:12 p.m., and the man was pronounced deceased at the scene, Nassau County police said.
The man, 35-year-old Jose Hernandez Argueta, of Mineola, was working as a landscaper when he fell off a work truck and suffered injuries, according to police.
