Linda Mangano is expected to begin her 15-month prison sentence on Friday, Newsday reported.

A court on Wednesday denied the wife of former Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano her bid for bail as she appeals her conviction on federal charges.

The Manhattan federal appellate judges struck down the last-ditch effort to keep her out of prison, Newsday wrote.

Linda Mangano, 59, was convicted in 2019 for lying to the FBI, conspiring to obstruct justice and obstruction of justice.

Multiple reports say she will serve her time at a minimum security satellite camp in Danbury, Connecticut.
