Man Charged With Robbing Hicksville Pawnshop at Gunpoint
An employee was pistol-whipped during the Feb. 2015 robbery, police say.

One of the men who robbed a Hicksville pawnshop at gunpoint and pistol-whipped an employee in Feb. 2015 was arrested Wednesday.
Thomas Corrow, 30, of Brooklyn, was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree criminal use of a firearm.
On Feb. 16, 2015, two men entered Wall Street Gold Buyers, located at 154 W. Old Country Road, brandished handguns and committed the robbery. One of the employees was struck with the gun during a brief struggle, police say.

The men stole a Michael Kors watch and more than $1,000, police say. They then fled in a black-colored Infiniti QX4 SUV from possible model years 1997-2003, and headed west on Old Country Road through the traffic light on Route 106. The vehicle was driven by an unknown man wearing glasses, police said.
Corrow will be arraigned Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
