Man Possessed Several Bogus Credit Cards in Westbury: Police

A Brooklyn man was found to be in possession of several bogus credit cards at Westbury’s Dave and Buster’s on Saturday night, police say.

According to authorities, an employee notified police after Giovonni Dansicar, 22, attempted to use a fraudulent credit card to make a purchase at Dave and Buster’s, located at 1504 Old Country Road, at 9 p.m.

Officers responded to the scene and placed Dansicar under arrest and subsequently found three additional fraudulent credit cards in his possession, police say.

Dansicar was charged with four counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument. He will be arraigned Monday in First District Court in Hempstead.
