With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. The main emphasis of our programs is to teach children to swim correctly and develop essential water skills in a relaxed environment. HICKSVILLE, NY — A motorcyclist has died from injuries sustained in a car crash last week. The 35-year-old man was badly hurt Friday night on Bethpage Road in Hicksville when he was struck by a GMC. The motorcyclist, whose name was not given, suffered multiple traumatic injuries as he was ejected from impact, police said. The driver of the GMC remained at the scene after the collision. No charges have been filed.
