SUV Crash Launches Traffic Signal Through Nassau Home
BREAKING: It happened Tuesday night, officials said. In 2018, a pickup truck crashed into the home.

HICKSVILLE, NY — One person was hurt when an SUV crashed into a post, sending a traffic signal through the window of a Hicksville home Tuesday night. Officials said the house was the same address where a pickup truck crashed into it in April 2018.
The driver of a Lincoln Navigator lost control of SUV near the intersection of Bethpage and Woodbury roads around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle slammed into a post, launching the traffic signal into the home, officials said.
One person inside the home was hit by a cast iron radiator that was thrown across the room, officials said. Building department inspectors were sent to the home and firefighters secured the utilities.
