Former Nassau Car Dealership Manager Arrested After Diverting $64K Into Personal Account: PD
NCPD says the incident occurred over the summer at a Hyundai dealership.
HICKSVILLE, NY — A Syosset man was arrested after a grand larceny that occurred in June in Hicksville, police said.
Nassau County police said Advantage Hyundai on Plainview Road reported a loss of approximately $64k that occurred on June 25, 2025, at 9 a.m. Their business records showed the sale of a new car, and the funds were never placed into the business account, police said.
After an investigation, police arrested Kyle Roberts, 42, police said. NCPD said at the time of the incident, Roberts was the fleet sales manager and diverted the funds into his personal bank account.

Roberts was charged with second-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, NCPD said. He was arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hesmptead, police said.
