• Sullivan County DMV Mobile Services (neversinkny.gov) — Hortonville residents can now access Sullivan County DMV Mobile Services at Delaware Town Hall on a rotating schedule, saving a trip to Monticello. The county is also running mobile DMV days in Grahamsville, Jeffersonville, Livingston Manor, Narrowsburg, Liberty, Wurtsboro, and Bloomingburg, with reservations required through the state DMV website and strict rules about arriving on time and fully prepared.
