10 Things to Do at the Huntington Village Holiday Parade, Street Festival

Thousands of people are expected to attend the Sixth Annual Holiday Parade and Street Festival in Huntington Village to enjoy a day’s worth of entertainment and activities on Saturday, Nov. 28.

The Holiday Parade and Street Festival starts with Small Business Saturday and features Santa’s arrival at the end of the parade.

Here’s what event goers can expect:

1. Parade through Huntington Village
2. Performance by The North Shore Pops
3. Carolers and other live musical performances
4. Tree lighting ceremony
5. Small business Saturday
6. Gingerbread house competition
7. Crafts for children at Panera Bread and at the Huntington Public Library
8. Local merchants booths
9. Friendly competition between fire departments.
10. Activities for kids, including face painting, a bouncy house and pictures with Santa Claus.
