2 Robbed at Gunpoint in Huntington Station

Two people were robbed at gunpoint while walking in Huntington Station on Friday night, police say.

According to authorities, two men exited a vehicle on E 9th Street, approached the people on the street and demanded their money and cell phones at 8 p.m. The victims complied and the robbers fled the scene.

No arrests have been made.

Editor's Note: Patch originally reported that police said two sepearate robberies occurred in the same night. Suffolk County Police contacted Patch on Tuesday to say the robberies were found to be the same incident.
