2 Huntington Station Homes Burglarized: Police

A burglar displayed a gun in one of the break-ins, police say.

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Two Huntington Station homes were burglarized over the span of a few hours, Suffolk police said.

A West 22nd Street home was broken into at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, police said. The burglar entered an occupied home, displayed a gun, and stole money and jewelry, police said. The thief is wanted for first-degree burglary.

An Oakwood Road home was also burglarized around 5 a.m. Sunday, police said. A burglar entered the home, was approached by a resident, and fled without stealing anything, police said. The burglar is wanted for second-degree burglary.
