2 Injured In Huntington Station Crash: Police
The man drove off the road and hit a tree, police say. The driver was seriously injured, police say.
HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Two people were injured in a crash in Huntington Station early Tuesday, Suffolk police said.
Luis Reyes, 19, of Huntington Station, was driving a 2013 Honda Civic westbound on Columbia Street when his car left the road and struck a tree on McKay Road around 2:15 a.m., police said.
Reyes was seriously injured and was brought to a nearby hospital. His passenger, an 18-year-old Huntington Station man, suffered injuries that are not life-threatening and was airlifted to another hospital, police said.

The Honda was impounded for a safety check. Detectives are asking anyone with information on the crash to contact the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
