2 Town of Huntington Communities Make List Of Best Suburbs: Niche
They were part of a list of local communities that made Niche.com's 2020 ranking of the best NYC suburbs.
TOWN OF HUNTINGTON, NY — Niche.com recently released its rankings of the best suburbs to live for 2020, and two Town of Huntington communities made the list. The website chose the best suburbs based on crime, public schools, cost of living, job opportunities, and local amenities. Niche reviewed the data from the U.S. Census, FBI, BLS, CDC and more to determine which communities deserved the top rankings.
Out of the top 100 best suburbs in the New York City area, a total of 31 Long Island communities made the list. Among them were Cold Spring Harbor (#58) and Dix Hills (#97).
