HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — A third-prize winning ticket for the Monday Powerball drawing was sold in Huntington Station, the New York Lottery announced on Tuesday.
The ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at Pidgeon Hill Wine & Spirits on East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station. The ticket has four matching numbers and the Powerball.
The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on Monday are: 2-27-42-44-51 and the Powerball is 25. Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app. The Powerplay multiplier for Monday's drawing is 2, according to the state lottery.

A second third-prize ticket, worth $100,000, was sold at 322 Dekalb Grocery Market on Dekalb Avenue in Brooklyn. The Brooklyn ticket was a Powerplay.
The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to 26. The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.
