$4.6K Watch Stolen From Melville FedEx Using Fake Form: Police

Suffolk Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect, police say.

MELVILLE, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a woman wanted in connection with a grand larceny case in Melville, police said.

The woman used a fraudulent authorization form to pick up a package in someone else’s name from the FedEx Ship Center at 270 Express Drive South on Oct. 23, 2025, police say.

Police said the package contained a watch valued at $4,650.

Authorities released the information on Monday, March 16, as they continued to seek tips from the public.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers anonymously by calling 1-800-220-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted through the P3 Tips mobile app, available in the App Store and Google Play, or online at P3Tips.com, police said.

All calls, text messages, and emails will be kept confidential, according to police.
