4 Huntington-Area Businesses Sold Vape Products To Minors: Police

TOWN OF HUNTINGTON, NY — Workers from four Huntington-area businesses sold cannabis products or vapes/e-cigarettes to minors on Wednesday, Suffolk police said.

Officers checked seven businesses for compliance with the law after receiving community complaints, police said.

During the investigation, four businesses were found to be selling cannabis/marijuana products, vapes or e-cigarettes to minors, police said.

One of the businesses, Nirvana Vape Shop, at 1153A E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington, has been cited four times since January, police said. A second business, Gotham Smoke of Huntington, had a previous violation in 2022, police said.

The following businesses illegally sold products to minors, police said:

• Nirvana Vape Shop, at 1153A E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington.
• Huntington Smoke Shop, at 517 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station.
• Venom Smoke Shop, at 469A E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station.
• Gotham Smoke, at 681 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington.
