5 Cars Found Burning In Huntington Station Lot

Five cars were found burning in a Huntington Station storage lot on Saturday morning.

According to fire officials, the Huntington Manor Fire Department responded to the storage lot behind a bus company on West Ninth Street at 5 a.m. to find multiple cars burning.

About 35 firefighters responded to the scene with five trucks and quickly extinguished the fires.

The Suffolk County Police Arson Squad is investigating the incident.

First Assistant Chief John Hoffmann first arrived to the scene. Units were under the direction of Hoffman and Second Assistant Chief Chuck Brady.
