A respected attorney, executive leader, and cultural strategist, Karikari brings a powerful voice to conversations on leadership, inclusion, organizational well-being, and community impact. Born in New York City to Ghanaian parents, she was raised with deeply rooted values of hard work, faith, and community—principles that continue to guide her professional and civic leadership.

As President of Milestales Project Staffing, Karikari leads a multidisciplinary team of academics, artists, and wellness professionals who design and facilitate cultural celebrations, training programs, and consulting initiatives that foster inclusion, belonging, empowerment, and healing within organizations and communities.
