Proof of residency is required at the pool and spray parks.

Town officials said senior center activities are not included for residents using the site as a cooling center.

Gold Star Battalion, Crab Meadow, West Neck, Hobart and Centerport beaches will have lifeguards stationed until 7:30 p.m. from Wednesday, July 1, through Saturday, July 4.

Beach parking in the La Casa Restaurant parking lot is not permitted, and violators are subject to towing, officials said.
