Bethpage Federal Credit Union Raises $12K for Huntington YMCA

On Saturday, April 30th, Bethpage Federal Credit Union hosted a unique outdoor Cycle for Community fundraising event where more than 50 YMCA and Bethpage employees participated in a 90-minute spin relay held in the parking lot of Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s Bethpage headquarters. Nearly $12,000 was raised for the YMCA of Long Island to help build a new 25,000 square foot healthy living center at the Huntington YMCA. The new facility will offer the community healthy living programs including diabetes prevention, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA for cancer survivors, movement and walking programs for seniors, families, and military veterans, and more.
