Book Revue In Huntington Voted Long Island's Best Bookstore

HUNTINGTON, NY — Book Revue, a bookstore in Huntington, was named the best of its kind on Long Island as voted on by residents in Bethpage Federal Credit Union's Best of Long Island awards. The shop can be found at 313 New York Ave., Huntington.

"Get lost in a good story at the Book Revue in Huntington. Family-owned and operated since 1977, the Book Revue is Long Island’s largest independent bookstore offering new, used and discounted books, and is a bookworm’s dream store," according to the Best of Long Island website. "Whether you’re an avid reader on mission to get the next great title or are just looking to browse their massive collection, the Book Revue creates a comfortable environment to peruse the shelves."

Book Revue hosts workshops for kids, and has hosted a variety of authors for book signings, including James Patterson, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg and President Jimmy Carter, just to name a few.

Book Revue has swept Best of Long Island honors since the bookstore category's 2010 inception.

The store is open seven days a week: 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, according to Google. Book Revue can be reached at 631-271-1442.
