Business Owners, Professionals Invited to Attend 'Charting the Course' Seminar

Anyone who "means business" from the Town of Huntington is invited.

All business owners and professionals in the Huntington are invited to attend a seminar to help local businesses gain access the wide array of services available on the town, county and state levels.

The “Charting the Course” seminar will have multiple speakers addressing business-critical themes, as well as a panel discussion which will bring together regional business, policy leaders, and key government agencies.

The seminar will be held at LaunchPad in Huntington on Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Local Chamber of Commerce members, Business Improvement Districts and representatives from local villages Northport, Asharoken, Huntington Bay and Lloyd Harbor have been invited.

The event, organized by Legislator William Spencer and Town Supervisor Frank Petrone, is in the process of finalizing speakers and panelists.

The first conference took place in June at Suffolk County Community College at the Selden Campus. It featured opportunities for local and regional businesses and County and State services to network.
